Responsible for managing the company’s websites in order to achieve growth objectives and sales goals
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies and top performance to achieve KPIs
Define online promotion/merchandising and content placement strategy with a clear focus on driving sales
Drive content management initiatives, using Content Management System across websites.
Develop and oversee the roadmap, release, and maintenance of Web systems and services to support the company’s INTL e-commerce strategy.
Manage and oversee the Web Development agency, ensuring the highest level of service and continued innovation. Plan and architect website development and maintenance. Perform analysis of projects’ specifications and issues; Perform updates, changes and modifications to the website.
Manage rollout of new E-Commerce websites and any special projects.
Ensure quality of Web content and deployment of new content is timely and accurate, QAing systematically.
Responsible for SEO strategy and on/off-page initiatives, managing the SEO agency, overseeing the implementation of optimizations and monitoring performance.
Work cross-functionally, and support cross-channel marketing initiatives coordinating with Social Media, PR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
Monitor and analyze website and E-Commerce data, identifying actions and implementing recommendations.
Provide reporting on E-Commerce and website performance, share with management team, showing KPIs, highlighting accomplishments and optimizations.
Skills & Abilities
Team management experience
Experience in managing E-Commerce and CMS platforms, Magento preferred
Skills in HTML, JAVA, and other languages
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
3-5 years in Ecommerce website management
Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to conduct analysis, draw conclusions and drive actions based on multiple data sources
