Talent Acquisition Specialist - End-to-End Recruiter
The recruiter will facilitate negotiating offers with applicants, onboard hires, and coordinate scheduling them with their work locations.
25 hours a week, Base plus commission
Monday to Thursday,
9 AM - 5 PM New York time.
Location: Ramat Beit Shemesh or REMOTE
Requirements:
- 💡Proficient with spreadsheets, excellent phone skills, and able to compose professional emails.
- 💡Expert level knowledge in sourcing methodologies using cutting-edge sourcing techniques with proven skills in sourcing passive technology professionals and proven skills in developing candidate pipelines (knowledge of Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed etc)
- 💡Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills
- 💡Command of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- 💡Fluent English
- 🚨2+ years relevant experience
- 🚨Experience in sourcing, qualifying candidates, building pipelines and managing the entire interview process
