Your Role and Responsibilities:

As the Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of the action, spearheading a team of superstars. Your mission? Skyrocket nonprofits to new heights, smashing fundraising goals with brilliant strategies and unstoppable passion!

You will develop and execute fundraising strategies, programs, protocols and best practices with your team. You will be a professional mentor and guide, growing the team professionally while managing the team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring operational and professional excellence and meeting defined goals and KPIs.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead your team to greatness, drive our high standards of professionalism, inspire excellence at every turn.
  • Manage day-to-day team tasks and assignments.
  • Craft powerful strategies and service packages based on data-driven insights and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Be the quarterback behind seamless coordination, ensuring everything clicks like clockwork.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration by working closely with other departments and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success on team-level strategic initiatives and programs.

Customer Coaching and Fundraising Strategy:

  • Pre-sale - work with the sales team on client proposals and campaign strategies
  • Provide expert guidance to clients based on our strategy playbook and digital fundraising best practices.
  • Conduct strategy coaching sessions through ZOOM, phone, and in-person meetings. Occasional international travel for conferences and clients.
  • Attend campaign rally events and meetings to support and build momentum for fundraising efforts.
  • Offer real-time coaching and moral support during campaign launches and call center activities.
  • Infuse emotional intelligence and a ‘human touch’ into the campaign planning process.
  • Cultivate solid and lasting relationships with clients, aiming for 100% retention and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between clients' teams and CauseMatch.
  • Review and provide feedback on client campaign marketing materials.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the CauseMatch team to share insights and feedback, contributing to process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback and new product based ideas and improvements.
  • Refine and expand the strategic campaign planning process, including marketing materials and product ideas.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a people person with a warm and friendly demeanor, driven by a passion for non-profits and social impact. You are a strong self-starter, proactive, energetic and innovative. You have excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong ability to lead and manage a team.


SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have native-level English and Hebrew writing and speaking skills.
  • Proven experience in online fundraising, non-profit leadership, and team management.
  • Exceptional client communication and consulting skills.
  • Cultural fluency in both Israeli and American culture.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a growing start-up and a willingness to hustle.
  • Bonus points for experience at a high-growth technology company, great presentation skills, and familiarity with HubSpot/CRM.

Location:

Based in Jerusalem, this is a full-time position with some flexibility in work hours, including occasional evening work.
