CSA - Customer service associate

The job is in the office located in Bat-Yam brand new office building. 

We are looking for CSA that will handle the following:

• Answering phone calls from current & potential customers.
• Placing phone calls to current & potential customers.
• Logging calls into the company Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) SalesForce.
• Communicating with customers by email.

CSA Shift hours:

Mon-Thu 4:00 pm- 12:00 AM

The office is located in Bat-Yam.
