A well known and established American/Israeli company is looking for a part-time Secretarial position, which includes self managed tasks/corresponding with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
The requirements are:
1) Experience in administrative work in an office. (Preferable but not necessary.)
2) Punctual and self organized work schedule.
3) Self managing
4) Problem solving
5) Comprehensive knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Google Workspace, CRM's and Microsoft Office Programs such as Word or PowerPoint. Graphic design skills.
