A health commodity company working in the American market is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
- Administrative duties - filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Operational requirements such as scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Providing support for the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Providing information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintenance of supplies inventory
- Managing international travel arrangements
- Managing calendar
Required
- Excellent time-management, multitasking ability, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Independent and proactive self-starter
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solid technical skills and graphic design knowledge
- Native English speaker
- Open to travel as needed
Full-time position (Sun-Thu)
On-site in the company’s offices in Jerusalem or Petach Tikva.
