Account Manager Position

A leading developer and manufacturer of medical-grade sensors used primarily in the field of sleep diagnostics is seeking an account manager.

Seeking an Account Manager for the European and Asian markets. Sales in these markets are conducted through a network of distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), which the Account Manager will be expected to maintain and enhance.

Tasks include processing customer orders, product returns and complaints, liaising between the customers and regulatory, operations and R&D departments, answering emails and telephone calls from new and existing customers, data entry and general administrative tasks.

• Full-Time Position (part-time optional).
• Work performed primarily from Tel-Aviv offices.
• Occasional international travel (1-3 trips annually).
• Report directly to CEO.
• Start date: Immediate.

Requirements:

• Must be highly proficient in English (mother-tongue level). Knowledge of French, German and/or Spanish an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Service-oriented.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.
• Ability to establish strong working relations with both customers and work colleagues.
• Proficiency with office management software such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP software and social media channels an advantage.
• Prior account management experience an advantage.
