I have a small private house, a separate private entrance from the street, an excellent central location, safe and clean, near Gan Saker, on Bezalel Street.

I am interested in making it a place of hospitality, such as: someone who needs a room to sleep for a short time or for Shabbat, someone who needs a place to eat, and maybe even someone who needs a quiet place to study Torah or any subject for a few hours a day, etc. (with free coffee and cake).

If you understand a little about design it can also help. 

First step: The place will be renovated immediately, so if you have an idea of ​​design that would be nice. (I have professional people who are already ready to renovate the place). 

Second step: after renovations, make the place active for a mitzvah.

If you are serious I can show you the place, and think together how to make the place beautiful for a mitzvah. 

At this point I can pay you a basic salary, until the place is ready after renovations hopefully within a month.(In any case: this mitzvah work is only suitable for those whose ideology of doing good comes before money. Only!).
