Mike's Place Jerusalem is looking for full-time, experienced kitchen managers. The position requires conversational fluency in both English and Hebrew, and experience preparing for and running a busy, kosher meat kitchen.
Responsibilities include managing stock, item pricing, ordering, and prepping menu items; the scheduling of, and training personnel; maintaining main menu consistency, and preparing group menus and occasional specialty menus.
Day and night shifts are available. The working environment is friendly, supportive, young and fun.
