Customer Support
A Software provider is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide higher-level support and help customers onboard to use the Software products.
Candidate must have experience with Customer Support. Must be able to take charge to guide the customers properly through the process and have great communication skills on a professional level.
This is a FULL -TIME POSITION 9-5 EST (i.e. 4pm until midnight Israel time). Please only apply if you fit the above criteria.
