What you will be doing: 

You will lead and own all marketing initiatives and activities to ensure they are strategically driven and cohesive with the company’s overall goals. This role involves developing and executing the annual marketing plan & budget with a strong focus on lead generation and digital marketing to meet the company’s B2B objectives and revenue targets. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, search, events, webinars and other relevant channels, by way of Azami’s internal marketing team and external vendors when required.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, customer success and product to ensure marketing’s resources align with the company’s vision, value proposition and goals. You will regularly engage with the Sales and Customer Success teams to assess needs and evaluate the performance of marketing activities against targets, reporting on KPIs and success metrics such as leads, pipeline, marketing ROI, and revenue contribution. As the brand guardian, you will ensure consistency in how the company is represented across all physical, digital, and virtual platforms.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience from Saas companies
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B senior marketing role with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing
  • Brand management experience
  • Marketing research abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot etc.)
  • People management experience
  • Product marketing experience – a plus
