Remote Radiology International is a medical practice in Israel that covers the night shifts of emergency rooms in the US. The position involves communication with East Coast hospitals, including the ER, physicians and techs.
No prior experience is needed, but you must be a native English speaker and are computer literate. Our offices are in Efrat, Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh - travel by car is required between each of the offices as needed.
This is a very fast paced job, as these are stat cases from the ER that must be handled in an urgent manner. Our prompt attention to these cases literally saves lives. You must be organized and able to multi-task during the busy periods.
The hours we work relate to 10pm – 8am shifts on the east coast. Our services usually begin at 5 or 6 am in Israel and run until 2 or 3pm. Our offices provide these services 7 days a week throughout the year.
Because of the early hours and the various locations, a car is necessary. However, if you live close enough to walk to one of the offices, an exception might be made.
