Insurance Chat Agent

We are launching our 'digital agent' very soon and looking to hire energetic, professional, and experienced individuals to be on our team of Live-Chat' agents. You will work with other Licensed Agents to bind auto and homeowner's customers throughout the country through our cutting edge tech platform.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction.
• Keep team informed of real and potential issues while being proactive.
• Help to improve quoting, final conversions and post sales services.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

No cold calls or lead generation. Prospects are brought to you in Live-Chat with a quote ready to bind.

Skills you will need:

• MUST presently hold an Insurance License.
• Have full knowledge of personal lines procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume and fast pace environment.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting criteria and guidelines.
• Willing to learn new skills and open to change.
• Ability to exercise basic judgment in identifying and implementing solutions to customer concerns and inquiries.

Experience:

• Auto and Homeowners Insurance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Insurance License (Required)

Position is working full time, US hours overlapping with some flexibility.
