Director of Operations – Beit Shemesh
We are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations for a rapidly growing digital marketing agency focused on clients abroad, Israeli startups and non-profit organizations.
The Director of Operations will lead the company's Operations division. This includes all daily operations of the team, augmenting the efficiency of processes to develop and accelerate the company's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, growing, training and motivating a quality group of Operating and Data Reporting team
- Creating, articulating and directing the operational initiatives
- Managing the Operational teams by processes, job responsibilities and execution
- Provide tools to nurture creative thinking and a data driven approach
- Manage weekly meetings with the full Operations reporting
- Assist the team in prioritizing to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Creating mechanisms to build additional products and other profitable revenue streams
- Maintain, manage, and report all data to enable management to grow revenue profitably
- Ensure that processes are build and executed accordingly
Requirements:
- Experience leading operation teams and digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering profitable revenue while managing a department
- Experience with leading teams in a constructive, effective and positive manner
