Job Description
The job requires performance of technical support services and will report to the Director of IT.
Hours
40 weekly hours over 5 days
A minimum of 6 hours daily in the office in Ramat Bet Shemesh - or in Efrat as needed – and 2 hours
Working from home in the evening/night with availability in the evenings for urgent cases.
Role Description
Maintenance and management of diverse technical needs throughout the company. Support the development of IT projects as defined by the team.
Technical and Office Support
· Internal office tech support
· Manage Engine Admin
· Gsuites SubAdmin
· Data Security & Backup
· Phone System Support
· Efrat Networks coordination
· IT Equipment Inventory
· PC/Laptop and Periph. Provisioning
· IT Equipment Supplier coordination
· Security Camera - status checks and periodic maintenance
· Bet Shemesh Office Network Maintenance
· Efrat Office Network Maintenance
· BYOD Data Security
Long Term Strategies
· Researching and implementing systems for better and more coordinated work of operations team.
· Researching and implementing systems for better storage, retrieval and usage of information.
