US wholesale Kosher supply company looking to hire Customer Support to take orders, and maintain back office.

Duties:

- Enter customer orders into the order entry platform

- Handle customer service
- Answer customer phone calls

- Clear the order entry email inbox throughout the day

- Clear backorders/shorts off invoices throughout the day

Requirements:

- Top communication skills, both written and phone

- Strong attention to detail

- Past experience working in a corporate office environment

- Previous customer service experience over the phone (required) and sales experience (a plus)

Work from home, Full time over US hours

Sunday - 4 pm – 10 PM IL

Monday – Thursday - 5 pm – 1 am IL
