Ecommerce Amazon Coordinator

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support European and Asian Amazon Vendor accounts.

• Maintain/develop a strong working relationship with Amazon account stakeholders.

• Implement action plans to grow sales, meet/exceed sales and profitability targets on Amazon.

• Manage European Amazon Brand Store/Product Pages/ARA Premium/AMZ Compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Define and execute content plan to support Brand Store, product pages and advertising content

• Work closely with operations team to ensure inventory fill rate and shipping procedures are meeting expectations.

• Conduct ongoing audits to insure all content is up to date and meeting brand standards.

• Monitor Seller Rating, Reviews, Brand performance VS KPIs and report red flags/opportunities.

• Support Amazon campaign management- optimization and monitoring to meet KPIs

Desired Skills & Abilities

• · Bachelor degree in communications, marketing and/or related fields

• · 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing , Beauty experience preferred

• · Experience working with Amazon- Advantage
• Fluent in English, written and verbal

• Strong analytical and quantitative thinker with attention to detail and accuracy

• · Data driven planner

• Extremely focused while able to multi-task and adapt to changing priority levels for ongoing projects
• Works well under pressure; good people skills; project management experience a plus
