Job Requirements:
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages - a definite plus
• Ability to multi-task and handle complicated logistics in an organized manner
• Knowledge of the country - routes, travel times, sites, hotels, border crossings, and more.
• Familiarity with the hotel industry and tourism market / or events production industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full-time position
• Team player
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Maintain clear communications with clients through email or over the phone
• Create unique experiences for our clients in-country
• Manage bookings for hotels, sites, etc for groups
• Manage logistics and all arrangements prior to groups’ arrival
• Oversee on-the-ground operations and problem-solving.
