Operations & Customer Success Assistant – Native English Speaker
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Success Assistant with native-level English to support our growing startup. This role combines operational process management with customer support, ensuring smooth handling of US corporate documentation and compliance processes while maintaining excellent client relationships.
💻 This is a remote position with flexible work-from-home options for most of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance:
Reviewing, completing, and submitting official US corporate documents and compliance filings Managing document renewals and regulatory requirements across various US states Communicating with government authorities and regulatory bodies as needed
Customer Success & Support:
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on various topics
Proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and a smooth experience Assisting customers with navigating processes and providing troubleshooting support
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes
Requirements:
✅ Native-level English speaker (spoken and written)
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal and regulatory documents
✅ Previous experience in administration, operations, customer success, or compliance – mandatory
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
✅ Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✅ Strong ability to learn independently and adapt to new processes and tools
