To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Three to five years of comprehensive experience in the U.S. individual tax field.
- Advanced technical proficiency and well-developed skills in U.S. taxation.
- Exceptional decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a level of confidence and experience that allows for critical, independent judgments.
- Demonstrated mentorship or leadership skills, particularly in a tax environment.
