R&D Team leader

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Amplio products to meet product goals, KPIs and user satisfaction.
• Lead a team of software engineers who are working closely with product management for achieving business goals.
• Provide technical authority to your team by demonstrating an hands-on leadership style.
• Recruit new talent to grow your team and mentor these engineers as they progress in their careers
• Responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality and production environment deployment of your team.
• Institute and enforce rigorous operational practices to ensure customers can rely on your service for their most valuable content
• Proactively define and lead R&D agile methodologies as well as processes with other business teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a software developer
• 3+ years’ experience as a team leader
• BSc or BA in Computer Science or a similar degree, or alumni of an IDF technology unit
• Strong development capabilities; Python & React
