Leading Jerusalem property management company is seeking a full time administrator. The role will combine procurement, office management, and human resources.
Responsibilities will include:
- All employment cycle events (onboarding, offboarding, reviews, grievances, etc.)
- Preparation of payroll information for accountant
- Event planning
- Employee lifecycle event recognition
- Procurement of office supplies (including kitchen and technology)
- Oversee periodic maintenance of vehicles in company fleet; interface with leasing/insurance companies
- Prepare new client agreements
MUST be fluent in both English and Hebrew and be familiar with Israeli employment regulations. Israeli payroll certification an advantage.
Work will be done from our King David Street office.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
