he Executive Assistant’s role is to handle administrative and executive directives of the CEO and Executive Editor. It requires excellent communication and people skills and a high level of discretion.
Employee will handle all administrative duties of the office which include and are not limited to correspondence for the CEO, the Executive Editor and their calendars. Correspondence includes calls, letters, reviewing and correcting proposals, donor ‘thank-yous,’ zoom dates and other related webinars for development purposes, contacting media and communities on behalf of company for purposes of branding and solicitation.
Employee will be responsible for communications between CEO and staff when deemed necessary; deal with all office orders daily office suppliers.
Employee will be responsible for program development which requires calls and emails, necessitating two later nights per week.
Employee will initiate searches (personnel) calls and correspondence setting up interviews and meetings for senior management both in Israel and beyond, dealing with governmental offices as well as university departments.
Employee will handle content distribution as needed.
Employee will at times be called upon to edit transcripts and write newsletters (assuming the candidate has excellent writing skills).
Employee will handle monthly payroll – preparing information to be ready to send to accountants.
Employee will update published articles in a database as well as comanpany's programs.
Employee will be responsible for seeing that the bureau is opened and locked at appropriate times, including setting back-up arrangements when necessary.
