We are looking for a motivated and target driven Retention Agent, for a fast growing Forex company, based Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:
Management of data (leads) distributed.
Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activation
Ensure responsible trading and compliance to all regulations and company policies
Provide training to clients on the use of the Company platform and deposit process
Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations.
Ensure all information on new activations are completed accurately for Account managers
Ensure the constant flow of new business to the retention department
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management
Requirements:
1+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position.
Fluent in English (both written and oral).
Self-motivated and target driven
Proactive in daily tasks, positive personality
The desire to work for result
Ready for evening shifts
Based in Tel Aviv
