Baseball in Beit Shemesh is expanding in both quality and quantity.

(We have 10 teams and growing......)

We are looking for YOU!!!

Calling all those with winning personalities, impeccable standards, and lots of baseball experience.

Open opportunities (part and/or full time)

Post 1 -Head coach for Beit Shemesh region.

What: Responsibility for setting team and individual skill-building programs. Establish coach training programs and evaluate team dynamics. Opportunities to conduct outreach within local schools.

Who: Someone with a little league or similar management experience. Solid understanding of teaching baseball fundamentals and advanced mechanics.

Post 2-Female softball coach for teenage girls.

What: Once or twice a week for an hour and a half with occasional travel games.

Who: Someone with a very energetic and motivating personality that has solid softball skills.

Post 3- Volunteer positions with hourly compensation.

What: We want to leverage all of your baseball experience on any level. Including Umpiring, mentoring players at all levels (from age 6 to Israel premier league 18+).

Who: Those special people that played, coached, and/or managed high-level baseball.
