We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Litigation Attorney with a focus on remote litigation practices. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cases remotely, with proficiency in digital document management and preparation for litigation via platforms like Zoom. This position requires a high-energy individual with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of remote litigation cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare for and participate in remote litigation proceedings, including hearings and depositions conducted via digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing legal advice and ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and digital file management throughout the litigation process.
- Adapt quickly to evolving legal requirements and technological advancements in remote litigation practices.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on remote proceedings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in legal work.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in handling digital documents and comfortable with remote communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
This is a full time, work from home position (Israel). Some flexibility over US working hours is needed.
