I called Oded to clean out the elevator maintenance room on the roof the interior of which was covered with bird excrement. He came within two hours (as promised) and cleaned the premises thoroughly. He also sealed up the opening under the door so the birds could no longer enter. His fee was reasonable, considering the dirtiness of the job, and he took 'before' and 'after' photos to prove that he really did do what he promised to do.
