American Yeshiva in Mevaseret Zion (only 26 minutes from Bet Shemesh) is looking to hire an administrative assistant who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Alumni association and PR
Manage our Yeshiva database as well as website design and upkeep
Recruiting logistics
Work with MS Office as well as other bilingual programs.
Fundraising and campaign management
Parent and teacher communications
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team working skills
Dependable
Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Google Docs
Bi-lingual – Hebrew/English
Experience:
Administrative/office work experience preferable.
