Senior Technical Support Manager – Jerusalem

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to play a key role in bridging R&D (based in Israel) and the Technical Support team based in the US for a BtoB SaaS company.

This role will act as the technical focal point for customers, investigating and analyzing complex technical difficulties and providing innovative solutions to solve them.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal and written
  • 3-5 years experience in a technical support role for a SaaS company
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in web products and environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with different departments (R&D, Customer success)
  • Experience in a role that requires ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Naturally curious and excited to learn new technologies.
  • Service oriented approach with exceptional communication skills to explain technical information
