Natasha Denona Makeup, a globally renowned makeup brand, is looking for a Project Manager – Replenishment Follow-Up to join our team!
We’re seeking a Project Manager to meticulously oversee and monitor all aspects of replenishment for our products, ensuring efficient restocking and supply continuity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing replenishment projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively track inventory levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure that all replenishment processes run smoothly.
Day to Day:
- Oversee the replenishment process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels, sales trends, and demand planning.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize replenishment schedules.
- Work with external suppliers and factories to manage order timelines and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all replenishment-related activities.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain bottlenecks to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Fluent English.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in replenishment, supply chain, or project management within cosmetics, pharma, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in office software – experience with Excel, Monday, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong business acumen in inventory planning and supplier management.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
