Overview
Looking for a Sales development representative (SDR) to join our company in expanding our customer base and introducing our solution to new markets.
The SDR team is responsible for delivering qualified leads for the sales team and plays a critical role in growing our business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is persistent about the team making its KPIs, organized and accountable for the team’s success as the company is expanding now to the European market.
As an SDR , you will have to:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Outbound sales prospecting
- Research, identify and prospect for new customers
- Responsible for cold calling and emails activities
- Setup quality meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing departments
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM – HubSpot
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Qualifications:
- Native-level English – A must
- Experienced SDR / BDR – A must
- Solid oral communication skills are needed to communicate accurately with potential customers
- Must have effective written communication skills, including computer literacy
- Availability to work full-time Monday-Friday
- Passionate and self-motivated to assist with driving deals to a successful conclusion and to deliver quality results
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Open-minded and willing to learn
