Job Description
A Non-profit dedicated to helping our Chayalim is looking for a full time, well-organized Program Assistant/Office Manager to perform a variety of in-office administrative, coordination and logistical services in support of our non-profit organization. Small office based in Jerusalem.
Primary Responsibilities
• Communication
Management and maintaining of social media across all major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact and our websites.
• Office Administration
Manages administrative aspects of a small non-profit’s operations
Donation entry and receipting.
Logistics coordination of project activities including purchasing, volunteer management and administrative tasks
Requirements
Experience in a small non-profit organization
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with CRM software.
Familiarity in website administration (Wordpress), and Canva
Maintain our fundraising campaigns such as JGive and overseas grants
Mother tongue level English
Strong command of both written/verbal English and basic Hebrew a must.
Work independently, but take direction
Time management – able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet project deadlines.
Creative
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Army service is a plus.
