Operations & Administrative Assistant-US Corporate Documentation & Compliance 

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Operations & Administrative Assistant with native-level English to support our growing startup. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to reviewing, completing, and renewing official US corporate documentation and compliance filings across multiple states.

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home most of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, completing, and submitting official US corporate documents and compliance filings
  • Managing document renewals and regulatory requirements across different US states
  • Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth documentation processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal and regulatory documents
  • Experience with US corporate documentation, compliance, or similar administrative work is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks
  • Ability to communicate professionally with government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
