Sales Support Representative

Fiber Gourmet is the industry leader in low-calorie and high-fiber foods. We are recruiting for a Sales Support Representative that will excel in increasing product sales revenue.

Ultimately, a successful Sales Support Representative should be able to increase the wholesale accounts as well as increase the overall B2B sales in addition to B2C.

There is a tremendous growth opportunity for the right candidate. Work from home, part time (preferably between 9 AM-2 PM EST) position that will likely transition to a full time position.

Friday hours can be more flexible.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing existing leads and accounts
• Finding new leads
• Assisting leads through onboarding process
• Marketing strategy-reviewing and optimizing emails, sales, promos etc.

Must Haves:

• Enthusiasm, positivity and can-do attitude

• Excellent English (both written and verbal)

• Responsibility
• Excellent communication skills

• Great organizational skills

• On the ball
• Detail oriented

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of monday.com, Woocommerce, Klaviyo, Linked In and Shopify

• Experience with Social Media management
• Sales Experience (specifically with retail chains)
