We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of the business, to be part of the drive extensive and sustainable growth, and to provide leadership and ensure that the company is maintaining its goals from both operational and cultural points of view. Must be a BIGGER PICTURE THINKER- bring new ideas, innovation.

Responsibilities:


  • Positively represent the company at all times through a success-oriented, can do attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives
  • Identify and participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) This includes presentations of company workflow and accomplishments for clients.
  • Solutionalize issues or improve procedures after consideration of many different angles to make sure tasks are being completed in the best way possible. Encourage automation and innovative solutions.
  • Partner with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term operational goals.
  • Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators.
  • Assist and advise all departments on team needs, how to handle certain conflicts, tasks and issues that arise.
  • Communicate with all departments to improve productivity.
  • Travel to clients if needed/decide who else should travel
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
  • Experience with M & A activity
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and corporate development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • High Level technical skills and software development knowledge
