Rehab Scheduling Associate Job Description

Our Rehabilitation Scheduling Associate is responsible for daily support of scheduling and customer support for the Sinai Rehabilitation Center therapy services. Manages incoming and outgoing calls, returns voicemail messages, emails, and supports scheduling with the input of therapy staff. Informs patients of rights and responsibilities as outlined by the clinical support procedures. May support services provided by the rehab referral coordinator. Communicates with Sinai Rehab team regularly to keep services well-coordinated. Position includes, collection and reporting of Sinai Rehabilitation Center (SRC) data to facilitate optimal patient care, compliance with regulatory standards and participation in performance measurement, performance management, and program development.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; working knowledge of US-based insurance is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in a healthcare-related field
Experience as a PT, OT, SLP or other work in a rehabilitation facility or program preferred.

This position is Sun-Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm EST (3:00pm-11:30pm Israel time)
