Heritage House is a Kiruv organization in the Old City of Jerusalem. We have a special team and a special mission that will provide tremendous fulfillment to the right candidate. We are seeking an Outreach Facilitator whose role is managing admissions for program participants and initiating follow-up opportunities.
Responsibilities:
● Manage admissions for program participants:○ Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages
○ Conduct Interviews for first time participants
○ Input and update all information on Heritage House database
● Initiate follow-up opportunities:
○ Build relationships with participants
○ Keep in touch with past participants
○ Offer and connect participants to kiruv programs, Torah classes, and yeshivas/seminaries
Requirements:
● Passion for Kiruv
● Analytical and Tech Savvy
● Excellent communication skills
● Goal oriented and persistent
● Willing to work part time with flexibility to mornings, afternoons and evenings
● Has a home office and is willing to travel into the Old CIty twice a week
● Fluent in Hebrew
