COO – Beit Shemesh

An American company in Beit Shemesh that provides tech-enabled services internationally, is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join management and help optimize the company’s growing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle high strategic processes and complex operations
• Strategically lead the Financial, R&D and IT departments making sure the best metrics and solutions are being met
• Collaborate with the CEO in company’s culture and mission
• Collaborate with sales translating the department’s needs into operations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as operations executive at a medium to large B2B services or SaaS company
• Experience designing strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures
• Experience creating a framework to track and report on performance
• Experience in R&D management and knowledge of R&D methodologies and best practices
• Experience reviewing and evaluating financial information and legal documents
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships inside and outside the company
