We sold $2m in vacant land last year made a bunch of money and are looking to expand (more flips, start developing, syndicating our larger deals etc). We essentially offer fast cash for land to motivated sellers. We sit in Israel and basically do everything over the phone and computer without visiting the properties at all. We need someone hungry to close deals, smart and agile, great on the phone, confident and someone who can take it all the way.
Job overview:
Warm Call sellers (already responded to our marketing etc) and understand motivation and land details
Due dillegnce the property
Run comps on similar parcels to determine market price
Discuss deals with local brokers to the area to zero in on actual market price and desirability
Get signed contracts from motivated seller
Manage the close with local title companies

No Salary. 20% of the profit on each deal we flip that came from you.
