Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is looking to build two teams of telemarketers for a prominent US-based charity.
- Team 1 will be making classic solicitation calls to prospects in the USA on behalf of the US-based charity
- Team 2 will be calling charitable organizations in Israel to solicit their participation in a substantial raffle pool, in a raffle sponsored by the US based charity
Qualifications:
• Prior sales or telemarketing experience required; charitable solicitation preferred
- • An excellent telephone manner – articulate, relaxed and self-possessed
- • Mother-tongue level written and spoken English
- • TEAM 2 ONLY: Mother-tongue level written and spoken English and Hebrew
- • Excellent and professional communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
Terms (Both Teams):
- Work from home only
- You must be eligible to work legally in the USA
- Compensation for both positions is hourly – no commissions
- Both projects are expected to last at least several months, with the possibility of additional follow-on work afterwards
- You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including video camera and headset
Hours (Team 1)
- Minimum 15 hours per week on a regular schedule
- Hours must be in the 6pm to 10pm US Eastern Time window, Sunday – Thursday
Hours (Team 2)
- Minimum 20 hours per week on a regular schedule
- Hours must be in the 10am to 4pm Israel time window, Sunday – Thursday
