Job Opportunity: CRM & Patient Coordinator – Full-Time (Jerusalem, Entrance of the City)
A leading dental clinic in Jerusalem is seeking a proactive and highly organized CRM & Patient Coordinator to manage patient follow-ups, ensure smooth treatment progress, and oversee key operational aspects of our practice. This is a patient-facing role that is primarily phone-based, so we are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled at telephone communication but truly enjoys engaging with patients over the phone.
About the Role:
• Patient Follow-Up:
• Reach out to patients who have received price quotes, guiding them through their treatment plans.
• Provide clear and supportive communication to keep patients engaged and informed.
• Data & Case Management:
• Manage and update patient data in Excel to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
• Track cases meticulously and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Appointment Coordination:
• Call patients to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Lab & Treatment Coordination:
• Coordinate with labs to ensure timely delivery of cases and smooth treatment continuation.
• Ensure hygiene and follow-up care are maintained for all patients.
• Payment Monitoring:
• Monitor patient payments and outstanding balances, with a focus on maintaining positive patient relationships rather than traditional collections.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew & English.
• Telephone Savvy:
• Excellent communicator with a strong command of telephone etiquette.
• Passionate about connecting with people over the phone and building patient relationships.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented:
• Skilled at managing multiple patient cases efficiently.
• Self-Motivated:
• Driven, proactive, and eager to ensure the clinic’s smooth operation.
• Excel Proficiency:
• Comfortable tracking and updating patient data in Excel.
• Full-Time Availability:
• Able to work on-site at our clinic in Jerusalem (Entrance to the City).
