We are a VC-backed startup revolutionizing the way marketing agencies create content for their clients. Our platform enables marketers to gain a deep understanding of their clients’ businesses and automate highly personalized content for them online. We are experiencing rapid growth and are now searching for our first Sales Development Representative.
Job Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role
* Experience selling relatively technical SAAS for $250-500 monthly
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing potential clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience working in a remote environment.
Role:
* Conducting outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
* Qualifying leads and identifying potential clients that match our ideal customer profile
* Understanding the features and benefits of our platform and effectively communicating them to potential clients
* Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients using a CRM software
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted into clients
* Participating in sales strategy meetings to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to help improve sales tactics and strategies
* Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
* Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
