72 sq. meter old renovated house in 80 year-old 'veteran' moshav in the Close-in-South (Shfehla Dromitj) just east of Ashdod and south of Gadera: Kfar Warburg.
Combo LR/'designer kitchen' (4 meters by 6 meters) with all appliances (stove, cooktop, new full size frig. FYI there is room to the right of the kitchen cabinets to install a dishwasher, if desired). 2 large bedrooms by Israeli standards - one 4x4 meters, both with large windows, second room ideal as den/office, dining room or children's room (4X3.5 meters). Small bathroom with glass-enclosed shower stall. Special alcove near entrance for washer-dryer (appliances not provided).
Small private graveled garden with mature 45 year-old shade trees and greenery, separate from the landlord's garden. Red tile roof and screened (!) aluminum windows. Instant gas-heated hot water. Separate AC/heat in all three rooms. FYI: As of mid-2022, the village has high-speed optic cable internet infrastructure available.
Excellent hassle-free shopping and services (doctors, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, bookstore and more) all five minutes from the house. Nearby – performing arts centers and a host of other cultural activities in addition to village celebrations, etc. Kvish 6 and two commuter train stations to TA (Malachi-Yoav; Ashdod-Ad Halom) less than 15 min from the house, and a direct bus (Metropoline 345) to TA on the edge of the moshav. Divided well-lit highways from the village entrance all the way to TA.
The house is in a tranquil section of the moshav (a non-working farm on a quiet street, no direct neighbors on three-sides). The area is safe for jogging/cycling in village lanes and outlaying fields.
NOTE: 1. A car is an absolute necessity. 2. Rents more or less unfurnished - most furnishing in pixs only to indicate room size 3. The moshav is not religious but if you are observant, it has a mixed population including religiously-observant residents (our neighbour across the street – kipa sruga - 'runs' the village's very hamish beit knesset... The atmosphere is ‘live and let live’. We are not halachically religious.)
Ideal for single/couple. Long term preferred.
COSTS: 4,500 NIS/month including arnona (municipal taxes) and local moshav tax. Tenant pays metered water and electricity, and refill of gas canisters.
