Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be a team player who has an experience in Sales Operations management and has the skills to gather accurate data, build and adapt methodologies and be a key contributor to business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the data on the company’s CRM (HubSpot): Build out sales structure and mechanism, assure data accuracy, build and maintain reports, dashboards, process flows and ongoing support.
• Take an active part in weekly meetings to discuss the pipeline and ensure the accuracy of the opportunities in Hubspot.
• Support effective monthly business development meetings (along with finance) to review KPIs, bookings/revenues YTD, and pipeline, and discuss company goals.
• Support and take part in the implementation of new sales tools to improve forecasting, pipeline, data analysis and KPI tracking and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Management team on the maintenance of marketing-related Hubspot data and management of leads.
• Lead onboarding processes of both new team members and clients.

Main Requirements:

• Experience in Sales Operations
• Proficiency in HubSpot
• Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn, emails
• Proven record in supporting global sales and business development processes. Understanding the strategic goals and measuring business objectives
• Self-driven individual with a data and a result-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative team member, resourceful and trustful
• Extremely organized, highly focused and productive. Comfort with attending to multiple demands, adjusting to rapid change and ability to adjust priorities as required
• Fluent English, Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence.
