Sachlav, one of the top educational tourism companies in Israel, is looking for a new internship placement coordinator/program recruiter for our Onward Israel and Masa programs.
Job Description:
Placement Coordinator (80%):
• Interviewing applicants and determining their internship possibilities
• Arrange and oversee placements for interns
• Provide evaluative feedback, support to interns and supervisors, resolve issues that arise during placements
• Visits to companies
• Contacting potential companies to encourage them to join our company database
• Participating in participant webinars & orientation sessions
Program Recruitment (20%):
• Reaching out to & following up with leads to explain about program options
Requirements:
• Fluent/mother-tongue English with good level of hebrew
• Good communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Israeli citizen/valid work permit in Israel
• Good multi-tasker with ability to prioritise
Hours:
3 days per week from 9am - 6pm
1 day per week will be from 2pm - 11pm
1 day per week will be from 11am - 8pm
Pay:
Starts at 7,200 ILS a month with a bonus of $100 per participant recruited to the program.
