We help e-commerce businesses accurately track and forecast all kinds of metrics, including changes in profits and operational metrics.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Team Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellency and a desire to lead and mentor a team of developers.
The Full Stack Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of one of our key products. Responsible for developing and designing back-end and front-end web architecture. Working cross-functionally with product, UI/UX, DevOps and other teams to get high quality products and features up and running.
Responsibilities:
* Build and lead by example a team of Full Stack Engineers, setting clear goals and expectations and providing ongoing support and mentorship. This includes conducting performance reviews, setting team goals, and coordinating team training and development.
*Own the deliverables end-to-end, up-time, architecture and scale. Implement with attention to quality and best practices. Collaborate with product and design teams to identify and prioritize new features
Requirements:
* Clear indicators for excellency - a must!
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full stack team leader
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack developer
* A love and desire to work to work at an early stage startup
* Must have experience with React or Angular web technologies for front-end
* Must have experience with Node.js for back-end
* Familiarity with microservice architecture
* Proficiency with both NoSQL and SQL data stores
* Experience with GCP - an advantage
This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in-office (Jerusalem or Herzliya)
