As Head of DSP you will have a deep knowledge base of a full funnel DSP strategy. You will be in charge of leading a team of DSP analysts and communicating/educating brands on the benefits of DSP as well as leveling up our existing team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point person for analytical questions & actionable insights related to all active Advertising campaigns to company’s leadership team.
  • Partner with the Advertising team to evaluate the impact and ROI on the key initiatives, A/B tests, or multivariate tests
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify opportunities, understand objectives, and rationalize efforts to support strategic business objectives with both short-term and long-term deliveries in an environment with high expectations for swift action.
  • Proactively monitor advertisement performance to predict possible sales outcomes, identify issues; provide thoughtful and timely solutions to problems.
  • Develop, produce and distribute ad hoc and standardized reports and analyses.
  • Understand & direct optimal creative upload, cross-account support, process optimization, company-wide initiatives & team building are all part of your job.
  • Lead a team to best manage client concerns and requests by making sure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with clients & directing client facing communication through different platforms (email, slack, and others).
  • Responsible for leading the team in sending consistent end of the month and mid-month reports for our clients which will involve downloading the PDF of their report, and a 2-3 bulleted summary of your main priorities for their account.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of Amazon rollouts in DSP and find opportunities to educate our clients and introduce new strategies to them - in summary the focus here should be on 2-3 years DSP experience, overall Amazon experience and understanding amazon advertising, leading the team, staying on top of changes and opportunities and driving strategy to drive incremental revenue growth by helping brands adopt dsp and full funnel advertising.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3+ years Amazon DSP experience.
  • 3+ years leadership experience.
  • Experience with display/programmatic data sets - specifically Google Campaign Manager 360, Amazon Advertising, or any Amazon Advertising platform.
  • Must be detail-oriented, thorough, analytical, and decisive
  • Must be a proactive problem solver with an ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership related to your assigned off-platform distribution focus areas and translate data concepts to related stakeholders in the business

Education & Experience:

  • Two-year relevant work experience within the advertising industry, working with massive data sets and developing trend analyses
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

Training & Skills:

Advertising, Analytical Skills, Amazon Advertising Knowledge

Certifications / Licenses:

Amazon DSP Certification (preferred)
