Customer Service Position
Candidate will respond to customer email tickets that come in, resolve customer issues and help customers use applications successfully.
Company will provide training.
6 EST hours required Mondays - Thursdays. Option for Fridays/Sundays as well.
The candidate will be committed and responsible, detail-orientated and on-the-ball and help customers with initiation. Good Internet connection required.
